      That will depend entirely on the brand of whey protein you use. This was the Perfect Keto unflavored whey protein and its 2g of total carbs per 25g scoop.

    I never make a low carb dish without consulting your recipe opinions. I to me the Pork Rind recipe was a little too crunchy for me. So I combined your 2 recipes. This is what I did. 2T whey protein, 4T parmesan grated cheese, and 6T pork rinds with your same seasoning. I CAN’T TELL YOU, THIS TAKES THE CAKE AS YOUR RECIPE. I WILL NEVER HAVE TO EXPERIMENT AGAIN. BECAUSE OF YOU. YOUR RECIPES COMBINED NAILED IT FOR ME. YOU GAVE ME THIS GOOD RECIPE WHEN I COMBINED WHAT YOU DEMONSTRATED. WHAT A NICE GIFT FOR ME, THANK YOU. (Several years ago I learned about using Oat Fiber from you to make the batter stick to whatever you fry.) You know so much, thank you.
