  • Using a blender or stick blender, blend the sauce until smooth.

      1. I just made this today for our Instant Pot pork tenderloin that I am making later today. I don’t buy Zevia, so I used the diet cola that I had and added stevia drops to taste. I think I’ll try it with Swerve next time. I also didn’t have liquid smoke, because I’m not real crazy about “smoke” flavor. I did have Heinz low carb ketchup and used it. I’m with you, I didn’t blend it, because I like the little chunks. I really enjoyed your video and the BBQ sauce tastes really good.

      2. Wes, Can you do a taste test of all of the low carb bbq sauces and make some recommendations?

        Clarification.
The commercially available keto bottled sauces?

      4. I’ve made it, the only thing I omitted was the liquid smoke. Only because I forget to buy it. I did add a squeeze of lemon. Next time I’ll use the liquid smoke and also add a little sukrin gold. Good sauce, FAR better than any bottled low carb sauces. Sadly, ya can’t buy a decent keto bbq sauce. Ya gotta make it.
