Cabbage “steaks?” You bet! These delicious, caramelized cabbage rounds are extremely fast and easy to make. You can use either red or green cabbage. Both are delicious, but I usually select red to get all the heart-healthy anthocyanins that make the cabbage red. The outer edges will get very dark and crispy. (I find that to be the best part.) Enjoy these with your favorite meat or poultry dish; they’re perfect alongside an actual steak.
